One of my pans will randomly stop recording events to the could. I can’t figure out why! It’s happened twice now. Rebooting the camera seems to solve the issue. No changes are made in the settings of the camera prior to it stopping recording the 12 second clips.
I was able to fix this yesterday with a remote reboot.
I’m still trying to figure out what causes this. It seems that at some point last Wednesday evening, it just stopped recording events.
I reached out to support. They indicated that it’s a known issues and they are looking into it in a future update.
