Title says it all. The Events shows motion… but not person… so I am not getting person notifications… obviously.
I even tried doing a factory reset just to rule out all possibilities… still not recognizing a person.
Finally got it figured out. It was not the firmware upgrade… but the Wyze person detection service part of the Wyze app. I disabled the service… and then re-enabled it and went back through the setup of the service. Works like it used to.
Just a fluke I guess… since it happened after installing the firmware update… oh well.
