Outdoor starter bundle missed the ship date

I ordered the outdoor starter bundle and some expansion cameras back on September 17th. Order page said that they would ship in October. It’s November and while I received the expansion cameras I still have not received the starter bundle. The expansion cameras don’t work without the starter bundle.

It’s been over six weeks since ordering the starter bundle, Are others waiting this long?

I’m excited to try Wyze and have heard good things, but now I’m considering whether to cancel my order and go with a product that is ready to ship. So far I’m disappointed in Wyze since they’ve broken the only promise they’ve made.

Checked the order page and language now says “ships in November,” updated from the previous “ships in October.”

They are shipping, but perhaps a bit behind schedule. I pre ordered a starter bundle on one of the first days. Aug 7th. I just received it this past Wednesday, Oct 28th.

Severals days after creating this post, I received my starter bundle. I’m happy with the outdoor cameras and so far they’ve exceeded my expectations.
