I only see socket 2 of 2 on my android phone home screen. Socket 1 of 2 is not visible or missing. I have had to reset my outdoor plug several times when my WiFi goes down or some kind of interruption to internet connection. I currently have no control over socket 1 and don’t know how to retrieve socket 1 back to the home screen. Socket 2 is visible and controllable via app. Has anyone lost a socket to their outdoor plug in the app and retrieved it to the app?
From your report, I can’t say for sure, but just so you know. There’s two different plugs. Could be your “other” is the other. The early versions show up in the same “line entry” in the app under plugs. But the newer type shows up separately like a camera or bulb. Recommend you “look around” on the list of devices and see if it picked an odd name and is there in a different separate line/box Just a thought that might be what’s happened to your number 1 of 2.

No need to be sorry. Thank you and Sam_Bam for trying to help. I’m stumped on the problem. Mine have been working problem-free since I bought them in January.
