Orders via Amazon thru the Wyze web page

Be careful when ordering on the Wyze web page. I placed an order two days ago and now it is lost, even with my credit card showing the charge pending. The order in Wyze allowed a move to Amazon direct, which may be part of the problem. Amazon has no order. I verified that. The credit card shows the charge pending, for two days. It appears the order is lost. I can’t even cancel it and reorder without risking two orders being sent. Now I’m being told to wait at least another day to see if the Wyze team can find and execute the order.
