Order cancellation

Tried to place a order for contact sensor 3 pk using my iPhone. Wyze kept rejecting. Tried on computer and order went through. Then I received 5 confirmations. I will be receiving 15 sensors rather than 3. Tried to cancel the orders within minutes of placing but the cancel option was not available.

Then tried to find a way to email customer service and that was not located, Need to cancel all these orders.

Appreciate that but don’t see “submit a request”.

Took the phone option. Not at all happy, but possibly resolved. Nothing has shipped, “but too far advanced in the process to cancel.” Sad what has become of Wyze’s customer service.
