have a tmobile cell booster needs internet. tmobile agent says i need to open ports. how?

First, you’ll need to make a DHCP reservation for the cell booster.
Next, you’ll need to follow the instructions in the below article. T Mobile support should be able to instruct you on what port(s) need to be forwarded/opened.
I HAVE SET UP THE RESERVATION.
NEED TO NOW OPEN THE PORT.

I just did some research on the T Mobile support page. It seems that they recommend contacting your internet service provider. It’s possible that a change on your end my not for if your ISP hasn’t opened the ports on their end. Your ISP should be able to very the ports are open on their end. If they can, this may be all that is needed(from what I can gather according to the support page).
My isp told me that since the router is not theirs. Therefore no support available.
