I’m guessing they wouldn’t immediately post that it is “solved” until they’ve been able to confirm all the people who opened tickets etc are good. If you follow up on the status of the ticket, they may have more info on what the issue was. Generally people just want it fixed, so often an explanation, especially if it is technical, isn’t as high of a priority.
Not sure deplorable is the right word. Don’t think Wyze was hanging out on you-know-who’s island, or making your cameras part of a nationwide surveillance network or anything like that. “Disappointing” might be a more appropriate level.
