One of my 3 cameras is not detecting persons. It detects motion fine. I can stand right in front of the camera and it won’t realized a person is there. My other 2 cameras work Ok. Any ideas what’s wrong? Is this possibly a hardware issue or just software?
Related: Anyone know when Wyze will be turning off person detection? If you don’t update your firmware/software, will you still be able to use the feature?
This is only my guess but when they have to remove the part from their server, even if you phone sends up a person detection it will just send it back as motion. So the part in the firmware will work but it will break in the cloud. That is my guess anyway.
