No Devices Found on Wyze App

Opened the app today and all 16 Cameras and 8 Light Bulbs are gone not one is available.

Nothing has changed on the phone Android 16 ….all up to date on firmwares and Wyze App.

Went to the devices page and it asks to refresh and when I do nothing happens although all my Automations are there but indicates no devices are found for each Automation.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app…logged in and out several time went to my account nothing wrong there.

Rebooted router, cameras and bulbs through an Android 12 tablet.

Any solution or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Not a way to start off a Merry Christmas!! Did you log into your account at Wyze.com to determine if the devices were still linked and accounted for?

Not at all.

Yes I have as stated earlier… “went to my account nothing wrong there”.

All my cameras are seen under CAMERAS and EVENTS are being logged too, also in the CAM PLUS LITE all my cameras that are not eligible are also seen.

Every thing runs fine off my Android 12 tablet other than the main NOTIFICATION BELL on the Apps main page cannot be accessed to change the different settings.

We have heard of this before. Well, can’t remember if exactly like this, but enough like this - it sounds the same. As you have already confirmed that your cameras are actually still there, its just a glitch on that specific phone with your account. You’ve done already, most of the things we would recommend. Uninstalling, reinstalling. But I didn’t see one thing that I encourage you to try. Log out of that account, on the phone. Yes, though you can’t see anything on that phone, log out of the app with the Logout command. I am sure you have experience with many other apps, generally, we don’t have to log in each time we open it. That’s a signal that although we exited the app, closed the app, we are still logged into the account. So, I say, find in the app, the logout choice and log completely out. Then close the app. And one more time, shutdown the phone. Yes, shutdown the phone. Now, restart the phone. Open the app, do you see the login screen? If not, you did not log out. The glitch has been ‘a bad login’, it didn’t actually log the person into their account, that’s why they didn’t see their devices. If you see, the login screen - go ahead an login. If you don’t see the login screen, try again to find the log out option and log out.
And, if I were you, you might try this. Create a new account. Yes, it will have nothing in it. - No devices. If I were you, I would take one of my Wyze devices, maybe a camera that is easy to access, and now, add it to this new account, just to confirm you can, and the account is working okay, the phone is working okay. Later, if you resolve, this, you can remove this 1 camera and put it back under your original account. This is just a test, but a test with an agenda. This new account can be handy for testing later too. When you get back into your original account, share out devices to the new account. Doing this, might help you later. Just knowing that if the original account is missing devices, you might be able to see them in the new account. (But you won’t see them until after, you have given the new account permission to see them via sharing them with the new account.) Just a trick to help later. You can also while in the new account share this 1 device out to your original account, so when you log back into your original account, you should be about to see the 1 new account shared device?

Try those things. Takes a few minutes, but it will help you understand and its a good test to see if, its what I think, just a glitch in your account.
Oh, and one more thing, after you create the new account, You could go back to your tablet and share one or two of the device in your original account out to the new account to see if you see them, that way too.

Good luck. Sounds like a lot of work, but takes longer to explain than to do.
