I think all the camera have the settings. This camera has night vision turned off because it is a V4 and I have enough ambient light to use color vision 24/7.
Some off my other cams I have set to Auto and use the IR lights and on one cam I have night vision off and the IR lights off. That cam will be black and white and change to color if a light turns on.
