The app just updated on my iPhone and now none of my 5 camera will connect remotely. Everything was fine until the update. Do I need to reconnect all my cameras? Terrible update if I need to do all this.
I would first try restarting your router, the cameras, and your phone (unplug the camera, plug it back in). That will force everything to pull a fresh connection free of any potential memory leaks, etc.
If that doesn’t work, then it might be worth trying to go through setup on one of them to see if that resolves it. Otherwise, I’d reach out to support.
