I am trying to set up the Solar Cam Pan but it says it doesn’t support 5g networks… are there anything I can do or I need to return?

If you’re talking about 5 GHz Wi-Fi, then Solar Cam Pan does not support that; it uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, which should be supported by most Wi-Fi routers and is how most IoT devices tend to connect. A few Wyze devices are capable of using both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, but Solar Cam Pan is not one of those. Is there a particular reason you’re trying to connect Solar Cam Pan to 5 GHz Wi-Fi?
If you’re talking about 5G (fifth generation) cellular, then that’s a different communications issue involving cellular data, and these devices don’t connect directly to that.
