Can I mount the Wyze V3 outside in a way where I don’t have to remove the screws/mount to bring it down to charge? The wall is concrete.
The V3 does not need charging, it needs to be connected to a constant power supply. Are you talking about a WYZE Outdoor Cam (Battery Powered) or a V3 indoor/Outdoor Cam ?

Even on an outdoor cam the camera is attached to the screw mount via magnetism. So no, no matter what camera you are talking about, do you need to remove screws to power it.
