I didn’t see anything in your post about whether or not you’re using a subscription (Cam Plus, etc.), so I don’t know if you have access to Smart Detections (e.g., Pet) and if that’s how you’re capturing events like the raccoon. Sharing information about that and about how you have sensitivity set would be a good place to start.
