I have 3 tickets i submitted to support. The first one i submitted was weds. Today i rec’d a generic email response but I dont know which ticket its for. So i went to the wyze support page. I dont see anywhere that shows my support history status or some sort of managment - in other words “updates” am i missing something?
There’s currently no way to manage your support tickets from the Wyze website. If you want a faster response I’d call Wyze:

Your response should have a support ticket number and a subject that you typed into your fields when creating the ticket. Were you able to get this resolved?

Recd finaly a email from an actual person. Eventually i sunbmitted a log file. Now waiting to hear back.
