Hi,

Will Wyze Leak Sensor notify in case of a water leak in the Wyze app after the HMS is expired/not renewed?

Thank you…I had read that and while that answers if I can use leak sensors without subscription, it does not clearly answer if I will receive notification in the Wyze app.

Is there an option with the new leak sensors to setup notification for the sensor? I don’t see anything for them so I don’t know. However, if there is an option to setup notification on the individual sensor then it will work, with or without HMS.

Thank you WildBill. While I dont have active HMS with subscription yet but it’s useless to have a leak sensor without notification in the app. Otherwise, it’s the same as any other loud sensor without wifi connectivity.
