iPad app->monitoring(multi-camera view) is not working

Mine works fine. How about giving some more info, like app version, iOS version, etc.

New app 3.5.0 ?

Wyze app is 3.5.0.8
And I just updated IOS to 18.5, still not working(before or after update 18.5)

Did you try to pull the page down to refresh it?
I have iOS 18.5 and the 3.5.0 (8) app and got it to work after refreshing the page.
What isn’t working it won’t load?

Help me out here, how do you do a pull down page refresh?

Put you finger on the top of the page and slide it down.

This has come up before. If you pull down from the top of the monitoring page it appears to fix the issue for a while. I had to pull down several times before i could get it to work. I was told this was a reset?
