If this is the current production app’s  Monitoring tab on an iOS device, then have you tried pulling down to refresh? See these:

Normally I don’t use the monitoring tab, but initially I had this issue as well, until I did a pull down to refresh the page.

iPad app->monitoring(multi-camera view) is not working
