Old apps and firmware downloads

If you search for “firmware” on the support site (link top right) you will find older firmware and instructions for flashing it. As for the older app, it depends on which phone OS. On iPhone/iPad, the answer is no. Apple has made it really hard to go back to any previous version of an app. For Android, you can usually find, download and install the APK of an older app version. A Google search will tell you how.

tablet app compatibility

I have a giant 20-something inch touchscreen wall mounted android all-in-one that I use extensively and unfortunately its stuck on android 4.4.2. Recently the wyze app updated and said the android was too old. I literally run everything I run on android 7-9 on this without trouble. Is this an artificial limitation that could be reconsidered? Latest WYZE cam app incompatible

Hi Bargmon I am running Android 4.4 so got the same message from the Google Play store saying it wasn’t compatible with my device (tablet) so I couldn’t even download it. I went to an app site and downloaded it but when I tried to install it I get an error window that says “There is a problem parsing the package”. Older phones

I have an older Samsung phone as well as an older Samsung Tablet and Dell Latitude 10 Tablet. It is saying on all of them the current app is not compatible with the devices. Is there other apps I can use on older devices which will work for the Cam Pan?
