If you search for “firmware” on the support site (link top right) you will find older firmware and instructions for flashing it.
As for the older app, it depends on which phone OS. On iPhone/iPad, the answer is no. Apple has made it really hard to go back to any previous version of an app. For Android, you can usually find, download and install the APK of an older app version. A Google search will tell you how.
