I am going camping and have three outdoor cameras and a base station setup. Curious how I could take one of my cameras with me camping to see outside our tent at night and also while we’re are hiking (away from our campsite). I am looking for what I need to set this up.
The base station seems to require an ethernet connection, so that won’t work in the woods.

Welcome the the forums! Your use case would be really tough to get the “watch our campsite while on a hike” situation to work without power and mobile internet.
There is a travel mode for the WCOs that you could use. I’ll include a link. I’d focus on this for local viewing and having it work while you are away from camp.
