Home Monitoring Kit issues

My Motion sensor which is in the same room as the hub shows that it’s been offline since last night. This equipment was set up on Saturday with the included batteries. When I check the device settings in the app, the Battery shows normal and the signal strength shows three bars but the sensor is offline. The firmware’s been updated already. I hope this isn’t normal. I expect to have a consistent uptime if this is the system that I am using to protect my home. I had similar issues with the original motion and door sensors in the past. Sensors going offline without any notifications are not going to work for me.

Another issue I’m noticing is even though I turned off PIN code for changes, when I arm or disarm my system I still get a voice prompt to enter the PIN to unlock. I ignore the message since entering the PIN does nothing. Is this normal behavior?

I’ve reset the motion sensor and it is now back online. I’m hoping this is just a one time event.
