There are actually two separate issues that need to be addressed by Wyse, one with a work around and one for which I have found no solution yet:

Home Monitoring System at two locations miles apart on separate internet services. Work around for us has been to have two separate accounts. Location 1 has an account and app on my smartphone associated with my email address. Location 2 has a second account on my wife’s smartphone. She can share some functions with me so I can watch what’s happening at Location 2 but I cannot arm or disarm the system. Ideal would be to have Wyze create a way for one account to handle both locations.

Home Monitoring System for different buildings at a single location using a single WiFi account, No solution that I know of. My situation: I installed the HMS system in my workshop that is 250 feet from my residence. In order to do this I had to bury a Cat6 underground cable to bring my internet service into the shop, (Shop is a metal pole building that essentially is a Faraday Cage that does not allow wireless signal in when closed.) Now, I would like to add cameras and sensors to the residence, but it appears there is no way to do this because two hubs cannot be on the same internet service. If there is, please let me know.
