Do one or both of the Wyze watches track location or distance? I would like to be able to walk without my phone and still track these. If not, will I get these options having my phone with me?

The watches aren’t GPS enabled. I believe they use your phone’s location to track distance. If you have your phone, you can start a “run” to track how long you ran or walked and how long it took.
