What detail can you share about specific steps you’re trying? I’ve had a Palm Lock connected to Google Home for a while now and just confirmed that I can unlock and lock it using my voice (and the PIN I assigned) with Google Assistant on a Home Hub.
Voice to unlock not palm ??? If I enter the code no problem, showing my palm rarely works BUT the integration of Google Home on my Google Pixel 10 phone is not working at all ![]()

When I’m inside the house, yes. I use Google Home Mini and Home Hub devices so that I can talk to Google Assistant, and mostly I use that for answering questions, playing music, controlling lights, etc., but it also works for the Palm Lock and Lock Bolt v2 (I don’t have other Wyze lock products). If I ask Google Assistant to unlock a given lock, then Assistant on the speaker prompts me for the PIN I set to confirm that I have permission to unlock the lock in that way.
When entering the home at the front door, I most often use the palm vein scan to unlock.
That’s physically punching in the PIN on the lock’s keypad, though, right? That works, too, but the palm vein scan is what I really prefer to use. If that’s not working reliably for you, then I’d maybe try re-adding your palm vein scans to see if that would give better results.
I’m still wondering what things, specifically, you’ve tried and what’s failing. For instance, are any of your Wyze devices working in Google Home? Have you tried re-linking your Wyze account to Google Home? Did you set a Google Home PIN in the app from Palm Lock’s main screen Settings ➜ Third Party Integration? Without some better idea of what you’re experiencing and what you’ve tried so far in troubleshooting, I don’t know what to recommend.
