Getting message every day to recalibrate lock... WHY?!?!

All of a sudden I can’t go to the lock part of the app without re-calibrating my lock… is this normal? it’s been going on for weeks now and I figured it is time to post about it… very frustrating as it seems there is something going wrong every few weeks with my lock. Batteries only lasting a few months, auto unlock not working, and now lock needing to be re-calibrated every day.
