I’m wanting to give the Wyze Thermostat a try on my garage furnace. The question I have is how low can you set the temperature, I’m thinking 5C at night and 10-15C when I’m working out there?
Mine will allow 50F/10C as a minimum. The problem with dropping closer to zero C is mainly if you also have water out there. Closed cabinets may be colder than the room, so you could end up with frozen pipes.
Make sure you run the Compatibility Checker before deciding. Also, it is meant for 24VAC systems, and they recommend it for 0°C - 55°C operating environments.
