I have six cameras have same issue. Firmware wiped out the entire event history. Cannot re-establish. Any thoughts??? Bill

Firmware update? Did you mean app update? If the latter, when was the last time you checked? They had a problem with their servers. Got fixed about an hour ago. I suggest you test again.

How do I revert to a previous version of the app? They removed hardware detection on Android and now it is slow and unusable. This is complete bull%%%%. They better put it back and not charge for it. I have 12 cameras and will send them back otherwise.

After the update I have been getting a lot of false person events. Almost any movement and I get a person alert.

Try uninstalling/reinstalling the app. It fixed mine.
