I just installed an Outdoor Camera, installed a 128GB card in the base station, subscribed the Cam service, and chose settings to show events. Why am I not getting video events?

Make sure there aren’t any filters set in the Events Tab that might be excluding that cam. Click the Funnel icon in the top right and either click Clear All or check all the boxes that you want to see.
Among the things I tried to solve this problem was to delete the device, re-add it, and set it up from scratch. That seemed to solve my problem, although I am not 100% sure that was the change I made that finally solved the problem. Works now.
