I recently updated the firmware of my V2 wyze cameras from 4.9.2.52 to 4.9.4.28. I really wanted to be able to use the new feature where IR lights can be turned off in night vision mode.
However, the place where I am using the cameras does not have a wifi which they are able to connect to, and since the upgrade the cameras do not record to the SD card off of wi-fi (I never had any issues with this before).
Is the only solution for now to manually downgrade (flashing) backward, to firmware 4.9.2.52?
I just tried it with one of my 6 cameras and it seems to have worked, it now records to the SD card, I’m just afraid to do it with all of my cameras in case something goes wrong.
