Yep, it’s total crap.
When you contact support, they don’t own it as an issue with the vacuum, they tell you to purchase replacement brushes.
I’ve tried replacement brushes and 3rd party brushes. Same crap, they don’t stay on.
While under warranty the best offer I got was an offer to return the product, but pay shipping myself.
I blamed my cats for pulling them off for a LONG time until I saw the thing just fall off on its own. Now the edge brushes are cat toys and we have vowed never to buy another non-camera Wyze product again. We will literally limp along with what we have until Christmas and buy something newer with SCREWS securing the side brushes next time.
Seriously the stupidest design.
