Download video clips from SD card

What is the current status of being able to download video clips to my computer from the SD cards in my cameras?

Still no download capability (for AC Powered Cams). Record while watching only. I am not optimistic about gaining the feature soon either.

The Wishlist Topic requesting this is in a “Probably Not” status.

Direct access to SD card with download ability

Please add this, Samba access to the files on the SD Card. Having this, then I can do a backup script to pull from the camera periodically to my NAS.
