I have a pro doorbell and I have it configured so that it only sounds when you press the doorbell button. What I want to know is if it is possible for the videos it records to be longer than 12 seconds because it only records 12 seconds regardless of whether people are still in front of it. doorbell.

Has anyone solved this yet? Also have unlimited pro, doorbell is added and still never more than 12 seconds.
