Just recently switched to the Wyze Duo Cam Battery Doorbell after being with Ring for some time. I can connect quickly to the camera to view the camera and see who is at the door however if I connect for audio, it goes downhill fast. The person’s voice is very choppy and impossible to understand while I am not able to communicate with them either. I did not experience this issue with the Ring camera / App, even when the Chime stopped working which was supposed to provide a Wi-Fi boost.
I have cameras set at further distances and they connect without issue, having no issues with playback or issuing commands. Any suggestions or tips when it comes to talking / listening with the doorbell?
