I noticed when trying to use the two-way speaker there is a loud repeating echo making it useless to communicate with the person at the door. Is there a known way to fix? I’m at the latest FM version March 7th. Is there also a way to control the volume for the doorbell speaker?

Can you let us know how you tested and created the echo. Mine has never had an echo, but I recently took it down as I was using it for testing. I can always put it back in place.
I simply installed it per instructions then opened the app to test two-way communications. The preset responses appeared to work correctly (leave pkg at door, ill be there etc.) The two-way was very static and echoed to the point it was useless. TIA!
Was there any resolution found? I just installed a.new video doorbell v2 and am having the same issue. Chatting with support now trying to resolve it, it seems the app is picking up the audio from the phone speaker/microphone and resending it back to the doorbell about 4 seconds later causing it to echo whatever the outside idividual is speaking this will be returned if it cant be fixed.
