I’ve had door sensors for about a year. I’ve always had to fight the sensors to keep them working. In the last three months they randomly show low batteries or door open. Rebooting and batteries can’t overcome the long running issues. So, I’ve said “I give up” Now of they are disconnected and won’t connect I just Uninstall and trash. Its easier to target a door with camera and get the alert. Sorry Wyze but I cannot recommend thr sensors. Cameras are recommend but not the door sensors.
