Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message. Just recently paid for camera Plus and every time I try to turn on the AI detection options I get this message.
I’m seeing the same error, is there a solution? I’ve tried clearing the app cache and restarting the phone and it didn’t help. I’m on an android device that is up to date.

Try logging out of the app and then back in. Worked for me with that particular issue.
Support wanted me to troubleshoot my network. I should have thought to log out and back in, but SW11, you saved me further pain. Thank you!

I had the same issue, this error message trying to enable vehicle detection:

Logging out of the app and logging in again fixed it.
Any time I click a face it crashes the app or goes to the wyze home page on the app.
I have a pixel 8. I tested it both in and out of beta.
Same here. Pixel 6, fully updated on both Android and Wyze.
