Is there a way to disable the “Door ajar…left open for more than 0 min 30 sec” push notification. In the events, it says “Door open for 30 seconds”. We go in and out of this door often, and get that notification and a beeping sound on the door lock every time. I already have the notification set for an alert when it is open for longer than a few minutes.
What does your Settings ➜ Notifications (from Palm Lock’s main screen) show? What happens if you un-check Door is Open or set For More Than for a longer time? For instance, I have mine set For More Than…2 min 30 sec.
Here is what I have set. I would like to still have a notification for when I leave the door open for several minutes. But, I’ll try deselecting “Door is Open” and see if that also disables the 30 second door ajar notification.

I would try the Calibration process on the Lock. Then see if you get the same notifications.
Also, can you provide the Firmware Version of the Palm Lock?

After deselecting “Door is Open”, I no longer get the 30 second alert, even though it was previously set to more than 5 minutes. It feels like a bug as the “Door is Open” alert is not accounting for the defined value (e.g., 5 minutes). I assume this will eventually get fixed. My firmware version is 11.6.
