Hi,
is there any way to retrieve cloud data from 5 weeks ago, somebody erased certain folders on the SD card of the camera and I would like to proof what happend.

The cloud recordings are deleted after the 14-day time period, there is no way I am aware of to retrieve them after that

However… deleted SD card contents can often be at least partially recovered. For example this tool is good, reputable, and free and open source.

Be aware that retrieving deleted data is very unlikely if the card has been used for the past 5 weeks. The card would have been overwritten several times.
