Is there a way to clone a rule such as person detection and several actions? It seems a lot to keep creating the same rule for different cameras when all I need to do is clone the first rule and just change the camera.

This feature is not available at this time.
It has previously been requested in the #wishlist. You can support the request by following the link, voting at the top, dropping some like 
hearts on posts, and adding your own post reply to the bottom.
