Change Alert Sound

Does anyone know if there’s an option to change the alert sound when the system detects an event? I’ve gone thru the app, the system settings, everywhere it should be and can’t find it. Right now, alerts have the same sound as a FB msg so I never know which the alert is. I’d like to be able to change that to a unique sound so I know it is an alert from the system.

In short, this was just barely announced as being worked on. Hopefully it is released soon. The announcement can be read here:

Different Alert Sound for Wyze Notifications

This feature is now in development. In the future, the Wyze app will have its own alert sound whenever your devices send a notification! For example: If someone rings your Wyze Video Doorbell, your phone will be able to play a special sound that’s different from the other notifications you hear! While we’re excited to work on this down the road, please keep in mind that plans could change and there’s no ETA to share quite yet! We’ll be sure to share any updates as we have them.

It still can’t hurt to scroll to the top of that thread and vote for it in the wishlist to show support for this feature.
