I bought the home security system. Tried to set up the hub but get error message – “turn on your bluetooth access to let wyze access your bluetooth” It thinks I am not paired with Bluetooth and wants to take me inside the wyze app in settings. But the hub appears paired and shows under bluetooth with an id number. Wyze sent a replacement hub and it gives the same error and shows that it is connected to bluetooth. I’ve tried via wifi and ethernet. Tried moving the hub close to router and away from router. Does anyone have a solution?
