More detail about your phone, OS, and default browser might be helpful in understanding the problem, as the login/authentication itself is handled within a browser session before being passed back to the Wyze app. This might shed some light:

Yes, I think that’s the kind of issue I’ve seen described before, and I suspect it has to do with the hand-off from the browser (where you’re actually logging into your Wyze account after hitting the Get Started button on the app’s welcome screen) back to the app after authentication is complete.
