Cannot add Wyze Lock

iOS app crashed when I tapped on the lock. Deleted the lock gateway, which also deleted the lock. Replaced the batteries.
Have the lock gateway added back on. Cannot add lock. App crashes every time
Have restarted everything. Ugh!

Try adding the lock as close to the gateway and WiFi router as possible. You should also make sure that the batteries are properly installed in the lock
If the problem continues, it could be an issue with the bata app(assuming this because of the bata badge).
Try reverting back to a previous version in TestFlight.

Batteries are in the correct way. Uninstalled beta app and tried public release. No different.

Try deleting the gateway and see if that helps.

Did that. That’s the only way that I could delete the lock. EVERY time I tapped on the lock, the app crashed.
Now, the app crashes every time the lock tries to connect during set up.

You definitely need to contact Wyze support.
