Can somebody please help me figure out how to track my order?

The chat bot is absolutely useless and has me in tears for the past two nights because my $200 order still hasn’t arrived and it’s too late for me to call!! I have tried tracking the order and the shipping company’s last update stated it was returned to them with no further updates and I have no way to contact Wyze support by 6 pm so WHAT OTHER WAY CAN YOU REACH OUT TO THEM???

Are you able to contact them on the weekend, weekend hours are 8am to 4pm 206-339-9646
