Assistance with my order

Can I please get some assistance with my order from a month ago that I have never received? This is my 5th time reaching out for help

I am sorry you are having issues with you order. Can you let me know one of the ticket numbera from when you contacted support so I can look into this further?

If the shipper is T-force that may be why you didn’t receive your order. I know someone who recently had his order from Wyze shipped by T-force go missing. Initially T-force claimed “Bad address, returned to sender” which was false, the undelivered order was not returned to Wyze, Wyze couldn’t locate the returned order. Wyze shipped a replacement order through a different shipper by request which was successfully delivered. T-force has a multitude of complaints about its very poor shipping service, Wyze should use a different , reliable, shipper.
