I can’t get my camera to stay in the position I want. I’ve followed the support doc; resetting its position, resetting the camera. It doesn’t stay put! How do I get it stay pointing downward (the unit is positioned upside down affixed to the patio ceiling).

Detection zone turned on?
I’ve noticed that, with the Pan Cam, when a Detection zone is ON, wherever the cam is current set, this becomes the pre-defined spot. Then, if you adjust the view of the camera later, after 15 seconds it will move back to that location set up in Detection zone.

Yes that was it! I adjusted the detection zone and now it seems to be behaving. Thank you!
