I am getting notifications on the iPhone but when I go to the Events list, they don’t show up. I have Reset each cam and Restarted each cam, but to no avail. When I go to Playback, I’m on Continuous so I have to guess exactly when it was. Other times I don’t get the notification at all when there clearly should have been one, and all cams are set to record. This seems to be a new development - I added a Cam v4 to the array right around the time this problem started, but don’t think it is necessarily related. FWIW, I have 3 Cam v3’s, a PanCam v3 and a Cam v4 with spotlight disabled.
Are you using Cam Plus, Cam Unlimited, or Cam Unlimited Pro? If not, then the Event list will only show a still image and you will need to go to the SD Card to see the event.
If you are not seeing any events, make sure there are no filters turned on. Basically click on the Funnel icon at the top right, clear all events and click on save. The Event screen should refresh.
finally, make sure the correct day has been selected
Right - should have included that. I’m on Cam Plus Unlimited. (Not the Pro, though the AI notifications are tempting). The filters I use are only People and Pets.
When I checked the Events list again just now, selecting the correct date, suddenly all the ones I was looking for were there. Thanks for the tip there, I’ll continue to monitor and make sure I’m taking all the right steps.
