Just installed Cam V4 No issues.
Is there a way to change the field of view of the camera so I can avoid looking into my neighbor’s windows? Is the detection zone the only thing I can modify?
I need to modify the field of view.

Wyze doesn’t currently support Privacy zone overlays/masks like some other companies have implemented.
Surprisingly, this hasn’t been a popular request. I would suggest going to the following post and voting on the wishlist for it so Wyze can see there is more interest in it:
For now, the only real option you have is to adjust the position of the camera.

Wyze has it on the “Maybe Later” list, which is unacceptable, given that surveillance camera views of neighbors’ properties can be illegal in many jurisdictions. Simply “don’t point your cam in that direction” is an infantile response, as many users live in close proximity to neighbors and such overlap is unavoidable if you are to be able to monitor your own property. Will Wyze pay your fine when the neighbor complains and sics the law on you?
